Cancellation Policy
Steve Kraus does not wish to cancel a course. However, Steve Kraus reserves the right to cancel a course up to 14 days prior to the course, with full refund, if insufficient numbers of participants have registered for the course. Registrants are notified of course cancellation by email.
Steve Kraus and Horizon Physical Therapy LLC are not responsible for non-refundable airline tickets, hotel reservations and other commitments due to the cancellation of the course because of lack of participants or cancellation of the course for other unforeseen circumstances.
Registrants may cancel up to 14 days prior to the course and receive a full refund. Steve Kraus must receive notification of the participant's cancellation by email (steve@tmdstevekraus.com) prior to 14 days to the course. Any cancellations within 14 days prior to the course will receive a refund less $100 for administrative costs. Failure to show for the course, the participant will forfeit the ENTIRE course fee regardless of the reason, no exceptions.
Beginning and ending times for day one and two are subject to change. Participants will be informed in advanced if a change to the schedule is made.
